As a Production Operative you will be working as part of a small team in Sleaford.

£26,943 per annum
Weekly rotating shift pattern
What you will be doing as a Production Operative;
- Production process, including packaging and labelling.
- Warehousing of finished goods.
- To ensure all orders are made to a high quality, on time in full.
- You will operate a ‘clean as you go’ policy and actively maintain a high level of hygiene within the factory and surrounding areas.
- To ensure any excess stock is returned and put away in its designated place and covered or sealed where necessary
- Fork lift truck licence is essential
About You and what you ideally need to be a Production Operative;
- You will be Physically fit as the role involves lifting and shifting of stock
- Good level of literacy and numeracy as you will be responsible for completing all documentation associated with given tasks.
- IT literate
- Fork lift truck licence is essential
- You will be able to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern (including nights)- NO weekends!
