Hours: Part-time (Minimum 15 hours, up to 25 hours negotiable)

Our client is a well-established and reputable hotel offering a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. They are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front of House Admin/Receptionist to join their team.

As a Front of House Admin/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and customers, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. You will manage reception duties, handle administrative tasks, process bookings, and assist with basic bookkeeping. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong IT and problem-solving skills.
