We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join a not-for-profit organisation in the centre of the lovely market town of Carmarthen.
A little about the role & duties as an Operations Administrator
- Data entry
- Filing
- Process and distribute all incoming mail appropriately.
What do you need to join them as an Operations Administrator?
- Experience of providing a high standard of administration
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiatives
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- You will be available to start immediately
What’s in it for you.
- Starting pay from £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
- Minimum 1 Month temporary contract with the option of applying for a permanent position
- Based in the lovely Market town of Carmarthen for a none for profit organisation
- 34.5 working hours per week – Office hours 8:30 to 16:30 (16:00 on Fridays) 2 days work from home (Tuesday & Friday)
