Job Description:
A well-established private clinic in Swansea specialising in pregnancy and women’s health are looking for a highly motivated Clinic Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on operational responsibility and wants to help maintain our client’s high standards of care.
The supervisor will be a key part of the team, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll ensure the clinic meets all compliance requirements and provide outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication and administrative skills, and full training in phlebotomy will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the team in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Manage the opening and closing of the clinic and ensure all daily operations run smoothly.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the clinic.
- Maintain high standards of care by ensuring the team adheres to all clinical governance policies.
- Address all customer feedback to ensure a professional and positive experience for every client.
- You will be trained in phlebotomy (blood taking) as a core part of this role.
- Have the flexibility to cover additional shifts when necessary.
- Support the team with marketing and social media activities.
- Take on other duties that are essential to the role and clinic’s success.
Requirements:
- Please note that a DBS check will be required for this role.
- You’ll have Proven leadership experience: at least one year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- You’ll have a strong background in a customer service environment.
