Every company in the world has admin! And when companies are of a certain size, they need a person dedicated to that role.
In the past 12 months we have seen a rollercoaster of requirements for administrators ; placements were ending due companies not having IT facilities to offer home working or due to the nature of the roles being people facing – however we were able to furlough some of those staff and it was great to see them go back to work into safe environments where measures had been taken for social distancing and remote working.
