Does your organisation offer a cycle to work scheme?

Essentially the employee chooses a bike with accessories (much like this one) – from their preferred retailer, then the employer pays for the bike via a registered scheme (we have signed up to a few different ones as different retailers use different schemes) and then the employer deducts the cost of the bike from the employees wages every pay period. Tax and Ni savings can be made all round and of course the scheme encourages healthy living and being kind to the environment – which is all good stuff! #sunnyvibes #biketowork
