Position Overview: As an Accountant specialising in Manufacturing, you will:
- Contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making to foster company growth.
- Leverage advanced IT proficiency, particularly in ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost management and reporting procedures.
- Offer primary support to the Financial Business Partner (FBP) in financial and management accounts data reporting, focusing on operational performance analysis for efficient decision-making, with an emphasis on processing and energy optimization.
- Participate in site financial reviews and projects, such as CAPEX and Consortium meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum AAT Level 3, preferably Level 4, with relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise in product costing, P&L analysis, balance sheet management, and cash flow impact assessment.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet stringent deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, graphical representation, and data analysis.
- Understanding of how production activities influence financial statements.
- Practical and commercially-oriented approach with a keen analytical mindset, prioritizing data accuracy and integrity within set deadlines.
- You will live close to Felinfach site or within a commutable distance.
