Modern and established consulting company (established in delivering sustainable building services) with offices in Llanelli, are looking for a Administration Assistant to join the busy team.

Monday to Friday working hours (full time or part time hours available)
Salary up to £12 per hour depending on experience

What will you be doing
- General Administration
- Processing invoices & dealing with general accounts
- Raising & processing of quotes
- Taking phone calls and directing the the correct person
- Preparing and sending written reports
- Filing of documentation.
- Following up qoutes and chasing any payments prior to works starting.
- Support the technical team as required
About you
- Strong administration background
- Finance Admin/Order processing experience desirable but not essential.
- Xero knowledge desirable however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills – essential
- Payroll experience desirable
