Administrator wanted to join a very busy company in St David’s area of beautiful Pembrokeshire on a permanent basis.

Permanent Opportunity
Monday to Friday working hours
Immediate start for the successful candidate

What you will be doing;
General Admin duties
Reception, front of house duties – meeting and greeting of visitors to the site.
Answering the phone and dealing with any queries from external and internal contacts.
Purchasing invoices and matching with PO numbers 
Data entry 
Daily communication with external and internal departments to ensure that customer orders are picked and dispatched correctly.

About you;
You must be an excellent communicator
You will ideally have an Administration background, however, full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Excellent PC skills essential including Microsoft Word & Excel
High levels of attention to detail essential
You will be well presented 
**Own transport required due to the location or be on a local bus route.
