Our client, who is committed to preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of the Pembrokeshire area is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a 12mth FTC.
  
Job Description/ The role: The Administrator plays a critical role in delivering administrative support to the Decarbonisation Team, supporting the Buildings Projects Manager and Head of Decarbonisation in delivering projects, as well as the organisation of data and record keeping on behalf of the wider Team.
Overall, the role involves comprehensive administrative support across various aspects of building projects and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Maintain project documentation, ensuring all documents are current and stored appropriately.
Schedule and attend project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Assist in budget preparation and tracking project expenses.
Support the team in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  
What we need from you/ requirements/ what you will have:
Computer literacy and basic competency in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Knowledge of financial processes, invoices, and purchase orders.
Understanding of buildings, estates, projects, decarbonisation.
A basic understanding of and commitment to Carbon reduction and improving environmental good practices.
A motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Good standard of literacy, written communications skills for writing emails and meeting notes.
The ability to communicate and liaise effectively both across Authority teams and with external companies
Organised and ability to multi-task.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
