Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Job Description:
We’re looking for an Administrator to join our client’s team in Haverfordwest. This is your chance to work with a well-established logistics and transport company that provides warehousing and transport solutions across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- You will handle daily admin tasks like filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- You will manage phone and email enquiries from customers and colleagues, finding solutions and providing timely responses.
- You will order stationery, uniforms, and other essential office items.
- Assist with meetings, including booking rooms and taking notes when needed.
- Process all incoming and outgoing post.
- Help with processing invoices and creating purchase orders.
- Put together important documents and reports, such as KPIs for customer meetings.
- Build strong working relationships with everyone across the team.
Requirements:
- You’ll have strong maths and English skills.
- You will be familiar with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A highly organised and proactive approach.
- Reliability and a strong team player attitude.
