Administrator wanted to join a very busy company in St David’s area of beautiful Pembrokeshire on a temporary to permanent basis.
Full time 8am – 5pm Mon – Thurs & Friday 8am – 12pm
Temp to perm after qualifying period
£9.65 per hour
Weekly pay
What you will be doing
- Reception duties
- Opening the Post
- Processing Purchase and Sales Invoices
- Progressing late deliveries
- Scanning & filing documents
- Maintaining computer records
- Supporting the Office staff where requested
About you
You will be an excellent communicator and team player
Excellent PC skills essential including Microsoft Word & Excel
You will have an Admin background with meticulous attention to detail
Own transport required due to the location
