Bench Joiner / Carpenter
Location: St Clears (on-site)
HOURS: Full-time, 40hrs a week

Salary: £31,200 – £39,520 depending on experience
Our client: Our client, Willow Joinery, is a well-established and growing joinery business specialising in beautifully crafted bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products.
Known for their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, they are looking to expand their workshop team with the addition of a skilled Bench Joiner / Carpenter.
The role: We are currently recruiting for a Bench Joiner / Carpenter to join the team in St Clears.
This is a hands-on workshop-based role involving the manufacture and assembly of high-quality bespoke joinery products. The successful candidate will work as part of an experienced and supportive team producing work to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Assembling and finishing products to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bench joinery or carpentry experience
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working with bespoke joinery products
- Experience operating woodworking machinery
- Relevant carpentry or joinery qualifications
