Job Description;
We’re seeking a dynamic Change Manager to lead a major business transformation programme focused on marine operations, service delivery, and cross-functional improvement. Based onsite in Milford Haven, you’ll work closely with the Senior Project Manager and wider teams to embed a customer-first culture and deliver strategic change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the organisations change programme.
- Improve operations, training, policy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive customer-focused service enhancements across marine services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align with strategic goals.
- Ensure integration with risk, compliance, and PIMS frameworks.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience delivering change programmes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Qualifications and proven experience in project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile
- Background in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).
- Marine experience i.e. ships master / retired pilot / Harbourmaster team would be desirable
- Organisation/culture change/transition programme delivery experience is essential
- Proven strategic delivery
- Maybe you are a Project Lead, Programme Lead, or Change Programme Manager looking for your next step in your career
- Ability to analyse and improve operational processes.
- You will reside close to the location in Pembrokeshire or currently be in the process of relocating to the area (No visa sponsorships available for this position)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with port or maritime operations highly desirable
- Experience with change models (e.g. Kotter, ADKAR).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma).
