IT Data Administrator required working on a busy contract based in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire
You will have IT data administration background, ideally with SharePoint experience, an eye for detail and be available for an immediate start.
Full time hours working Monday to Friday
4 week temp project
£9.50 per hour plus holiday pay (paid at the end of the assignment if not taken during the project)

What will you be doing?
- The role requires the you to follow simple instructions to extract files from the Document Manager system, converting them to PDF format and uploading to SharePoint.
- In SharePoint tag the files with the correct Metadata.
- You will be following an existing procedure, whereby attention to detail is paramount.
- Files needing conversion will be identified beforehand.
- This work will be monitored daily to make sure they are on track, and should take approximately 4 weeks to complete.
About you and what skills and experience do you need?
- You will IT Data Administrator experience with an eye for detail
- You will have File Management, MS Office 365, Attention to detail, Time Keeping
- Solid work expereince within a similar position.
- You will ideally have SharePoint/One Drive file management user experience, adobe PDF editing along with Document Logistics (DM)
