EHS Associate Manager, Llandysul
£40k-£42k + up to 20% annual bonus
(dependant on experience)
THE ROLE…
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm – working 5 days on site
- Compose, Review and approve EHS Risk Assessments (COSHH, Manual Handling etc.)
- Execute audits, spot checks and external audits with employees, contractors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Host audits with administering agencies.
- Create, update EHS documentation
- Complete annual and quarterly reporting as required for the NRW and DEFRA.
- Promote safe working practices and drive EHS Initiatives onsite including leading by example.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED..
- Experience in a similar role
- Educated to degree standard in relevant subjects.
- EHS Qual (IOSH, NEBOSH, IEMA) essential.
- NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate desirable.
- Managerial experience
- IOSH technical or certified member – desirable.
- Data interpretation and reporting essential.
- Risk and COSHH Assessments: Competence in performing risk assessments and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) assessments is essential.
- ILM – beneficial.
- Good understanding of regulatory bodies and regulations.
- Project management essential.
