Fabric Maintenance Supervisor – Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire
This role requires the planning and coordination of maintenance activities undertaken on-site and to act as the first line of contact for all relevant Service contractors such as Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, Civil, Lifting and HVAC, etc.
KEY DUTIES…
- Manages and conducts a high-quality fabric maintenance program which includes verification and quality assurance
- Supervises the fabric maintenance activities for optimum utilization of resources to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and programs.
- Monitors and tracks execution Plan for the fabric maintenance activities
- Responsible for the Planning of scaffolding, and insulation activities on-site and oversees their execution.
- Oversees the painting and coating maintenance activities, keeps a record thereof, and expedites site progress to ensure that site works are carried out as per set priorities
- Taking part in the review and processing of lifting plans and site equipment along with the relevant appointed person.
- Prepares and reviews Permit to Work (PTW) packs and liaise with Maintenance Scheduler and PTW Office to ensure permits are issued to workers on time and that all relevant risks have been reviewed and mitigated.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED…
- Minimum HND Qualified
- Experience in heavy industries maintenance and operations
- Experience in different maintenance discipline (multi-skills)
- Experience in maintenance program delivery and improvements
- Experience in using CMMS, preferably SAP for report writing and communication
