A fast growing, ambitious, international business looking for a Facilities Administrator to join them at the picturesque, West Wales factory based near Lampeter in the beautiful Felinfach area.
Becoming a Facilities Administrator this important role will involve you performing various duties to the best of your ability.
This role is permanent so offers itself as a great opportunity to showcase your skills whilst at the same time developing new skills.

- Monday to Friday working hours – Full time (8:30 – 5pm)
- £23,000 plus fantastic benefits
What you will be doing;
- Leading coordination of both the onsite laundry process, as per the contract, and the site cleaning contract to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard and fit for purpose, including all office equipment
- Operating the switchboard for Felinfach and greeting all visitors to site, ensuring they are signed in in accordance with procedures and audit requirements, providing door access ACT system to new starters and contractors
- Ensuring all visit requests are completed and approved prior to internal/external site visits and that subsequent PPE & refreshment needs are organised as required.
- Monitoring of PPE stocks, liaising with the PPE suppliers on any additional requirements.
- Raising purchase orders as required and accurately recording and recharging all purchases made to the relevant departments, with monthly information provided to the finance department
- Booking meeting rooms on behalf of visitors to site
- Making hotel arrangements for visitors form other sites related to the company.
