Modern and established consulting company (established in delivering sustainable building services) with offices in Llanelli, are looking for a Administration Assistant to join the busy team.

Monday to Friday working hours (full time or part time hours available)
Salary up to £11 to £12 per hour depending on experience

What will you be doing
- Processing invoices & dealing with general accounts
- Raising quotes
- Taking phone calls and directing the the correct person
- Opening new projects
- Preparing and sending written reports
- Filing
- Support the technical team
- General admin duties.
About you
- Strong administration background
- Finance Admin/Order processing experience desirable but not essential
- Xero knowledge desirable however full training will be provided
- Microsoft – outlook – must be able to send emails!
- Trello database – desirable
- Team work/organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Payroll experience desirable
