Our client, Wales’s largest Farmer Co-operative, have an opportunity for a Finance Department Manager to join their friendly team.
THE ROLE
As Finance Department Manager you will manage the finance administrative function and the accounts department team.
To be involved in financial reporting through data analysis with particular reference to key performance indicators and sales.

Monday – Friday 40hrs

- To manage the day-to-day financial department workflow at Head Office.
- To line manage department employees with regard to their day-to-day activity, job performance and time and attendance.
- To authorise time and attendance timesheets for department through IT system.
- To work with HR Manager to ensure all line managers are authorising weekly timesheets correctly and adjusting any errors in preparation for payroll processing by third party payroll company.
- To run and evaluate exception reporting so that accurate sales figures can be produced.
- To contribute to financial reporting analysis and KPI review.

- Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft packages.
- Experience of managing financial functions.
- Accounting qualification not essential but experience of working in a financial department is essential.
- Previous data analysis experience would be beneficial.
