This is a new and exciting opportunity for a self-motivated General Counsel to provide legal advice and guidance.

THE ROLE
You will be reporting to the General Manager and provide informed, preventative, and commercially relevant legal advice to senior management, the board of directors and any applicable project teams. You will advise on matters including key commercial projects, general advice on regulatory matters, organisational governance and compliance requirements and the avoidance and/or management of disputes and litigation.
Ideally you will be able to keep solutions in house rather than mediate with third parties. This role will work across both operational and project driven legal issues.
ABOUT YOU
You will have extensive knowledge and accomplishments in corporate and commercial law, including dealing with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracting. You will also ideally have significant broad legal experience with knowledge of UK/EU Gas regulations.
