HR Advisor
Location: Carmarthen
Job Type: 6 months Temporary
Salary: £38,626 (Hourly rate: £20.02)

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services. You will be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a positive and supportive working environment within a vital public service.
About the role:
- Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders by providing well thought through solutions, advice and guidance on issues related to Human Resource in a proactive and timely manner.
- Provide support and guidance for managers, employees, members of the HR Support Team and the Department’s referenced officers on HR related matters.
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of HR to make an impact in key areas such as management of sickness; performance management; succession planning and recruitment/promotion.
- Coach/Mentor individuals encouraging a learning environment where individuals develop in their role e.g. Line Managers to deal proactively with people issues.
What we need from you-
- Previous HR experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Current driving license
- You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- You will be committed to maintaining confidentiality and acting with discretion.
- You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
