Salary circa 32k depending on experience and qualifications

What you will be doing…
- To provide & support the senior HR team across the Felinfach Factory Team
- Support line managers in their role to deliver all aspects of good people management and leadership
- To support the Learning strategy by supporting personal development training plans and initiatives at the Factory
- To ensure the IFS system is fully utilised
- You will be the first point of call in employee-related matters at the Factory
- You will be the first point of contact for advice regarding resourcing, administration, compensation, benefits, disciplinary and grievance matters aiming to resolve each situation to the best of your abilities, escalating as necessary to the HRBP.
- Support line managers in their role to deliver all aspects of good people management and leadership
- Ensure that employees have an available source of advice and understanding.
About You…
- Ideally you will be suitable qualified to degree level in Human Resource or equivalent
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or a minimum 2 years relevant experience within a similar role or maybe you are a strong, experienced administrator or from a recruitment background looking for a new challenge
- Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Experience in an HR environment ideally within Manufacturing preffered
- Experience of employee relations and recruitment
** You will currently reside within a maximum 40 minute commute of the Felinfach factory and have your own transport due to the rural location.
