HR Clerical Assistant
Job Type: 6 months Temporary
Salary: £26,409 (£13.69 hourly rate)

Sunny are recruiting for a HR Clerical Assistant to provide crucial and comprehensive administrative support to our clients HR team, ensuring their operations run effectively and efficiently.
This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including general administration, reception duties, data processing, manual and electronic filing, providing data entry support to the HR team, managing stationery and office consumables, and supporting internal purchasing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- To act as a ‘first point of contact’ for both internal and external stakeholder of the HR service, via email, letter, telephone, personal contact or through the Service’s website, in a timely manner ensuring efficient and effective Service Delivery.
- Answering general enquiries; directing callers to relevant published information or classify the enquiry and direct it to the appropriate person.
- To provide administrative support for the HR Service by maintaining information in electronic and filing systems.
- Coordination of the service’s Employee Benefits schemes, Employee Recognition Scheme, Work Experience placements and identity cards/badges.
About you:
- Fluency in Welsh is essential.
- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and committed approach to service delivery.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Proven ability to work effectively to deadlines and strong organisational skills.
