HR Officer | Protect the Team That Protects Pembrokeshire

Location: Pembroke Dock (with flexible working)
Salary: £32,597 – £34,434 per annum, pro rata
Contract: Part-Time (22.2 hours/week), 18-Month Fixed-Term (Potential for permanent opportunities as the organisation grows)
Working Pattern: Ideally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (open to negotiation for the right candidate)

As a key HR & Health & Safety lead, you’ll keep operations running seamlessly, influence progressive people policies, and support a dedicated team working in an extraordinary environment. Plus, while this role starts as an 18-month contract, there is real potential for it to turn permanent down the line.
