WHO ARE THEY
Our client has a vacancy for a HR Advisor to join them on a 9 month basis. Working within a HR team, you would be providing HR advice and support for our clients public sector company, in the region of West and Mid Wales
THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR Manger, you will support HR activities within their portfolio of responsibilities;
- Build strong professional relationships with stakeholders by providing well thought through solutions, advice and guidance on issues related to Human Resource in a proactive and timely manner.
- Provide support and guidance for managers, employees, members of the HR Support Team and the Department’s referenced officers on HR related matters.
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of HR to make an impact in key areas such as management of sickness; performance management; succession planning and recruitment/promotion.
- Coach/Mentor individuals encouraging a learning environment where individuals develop in their role e.g. Line Managers to deal proactively with people issues.

The salary range is £28,226 – £30,095
ABOUT YOU
- Working towards or already hold CIPD
- Previous HR experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Current driving license
