THE ROLE : As an Industrial Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying coatings of paint, varnish, and other finishes to various industrial surfaces using spray equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the protection, aesthetic enhancement, and durability of industrial products and structures.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and consistencies.
- Operate spray equipment such as spray guns, pumps, and compressors to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
- Apply coatings according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor application process to adjust spray settings, drying times, and thickness of coatings as needed.
- Maintain spray equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and production output.
- Identify and report any defects or issues with equipment, materials, or finished products.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in operating spray equipment and understanding of paint application techniques.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and surface preparation methods.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical specifications and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
