About the role of Junior Programming Executive
As a Survey Programmer you will work across the different Market Research survey projects, translating the survey questionnaire into an online survey to taken by consumers around the globe.
This is a busy role and will suit an individual who likes a challenge and thrives working to deadlines.
You will join an already successful and busy Survey Programming team and will work on new projects as well as making changes to existing projects. they use Askia as our survey programming software. If you have not used Askia before full training will be provided.

About you
- Proficiency and advanced skills with Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Logical thinker taking written briefs and designing technical solutions, Ability to construct and follow/complex logic and variable formats.
- Experience in using IT systems or some level of computer coding
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of enjoyment, comfort, and understanding in working with numbers
- Detail oriented with an ability to diagnose and resolve issues
- Works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines with good time management
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Consultative and creative approach to solving business problems
- Self-organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time,
- Able to meet deadlines and identify issues that could block delivery
- Previous Market Research experience in survey scripting / programming
- Experience of scripting market research surveys in one or more survey programming platforms such as Askia, Dimensions, FocusVision, Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.
- An understanding of statistics or advanced analytics
- Skills in languages such as Python, R, HTML, or JavaScript are a plus but not essential
- You will live local and be able to attend the office in Newcastle Emlyn, Carmarthenshire (West Wales) for meetings and training as required
