The role of Manufacturing Accountant
- Contribute to financial analysis and decision making to support company growth.
- Utilize your advanced IT skills, specifically in ERP, Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost management and reporting processes.
- Provide frontline support to the FBP in financial & management accounts data reporting, including operational performance analysis, to meet the needs of the site and the wider business to support effective decision-making focussing on processing and energy optimisation.
- Participation in the site financial reviews and projects (CAPEX / Consortium / other meetings)
What you will need :
- You will ideally be AAT Level 4 qualified, with relevant experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrable experience in product costing, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impact analysis
- Strong personal time management and prioritization skills to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, graphs, and data analysis
- Experience in understanding how production impacts financial statements
- Practical and commercially-minded Manufacturing Accountant, with a questioning
- analytical approach. Prioritises data accuracy / integrity to set deadlines.
- You will live close to the site in Felinfach or within a commutable distance of the factory. *Own transport required due to the location- not easily accessible on public transport.
