Paralegal and Contracts Administrator | Remote position

Salary £45k – £55k (negotiable)
The role will form part of the Global Legal team to support all businesses, providing commercially focused legal services.
KEY DUTIES…
- Act as the point of contact with Contract Logix concerning all matters relating to the contracts database.
- Become the Contract Logix “expert” and oversee the contracts database, implementing any required updates and performing ongoing maintenance to assure database remains fit for purpose and up to date.
- Act as a first point of contact for customers/clients seeking contract generation and review, in relation to all businesses in Europe. Managing contracts in Europe relating to all business aspects.
- Support the development and maintenance of new template agreements for use by the business.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management.
- Support the business by advising on contract negotiation and general management of supplier and other contracts through to completion.
- Independently manage legal work, escalating issues to the lawyers in the team as appropriate
- Ensure that business operations are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date of laws and developing external trends.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
- UK Qualified Paralegal essential
- Excellent academics.
- Expertise in healthcare laws would be a benefit
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector
- Fluency in at least one additional major European language besides English a plus.
- Able to work as part of cross-functional teams and effectively influencing clients to reach viable solutions.
- Self-sufficient, willing and able to function autonomously where required.
