We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our client’s thriving, long-standing business in the rural town of Tenbury Wells. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to take over an existing and diverse caseload, with the potential for a future Partnership position.
THE ROLE…
Working as the Private Client Solicitor your duties will include:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Acquiring Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Contentious Trusts and Estates
- Court of Protection work
- Residential Conveyancing (optional)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED..
- Previous PQE in Private Client Work
- A strong knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
- Ability to manage your own caseload
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and reliability
