Our client is a well reputed busy saw mills. A unique manufacturing agri business located in beautiful West Wales. Due to secondment, a new role has been created for a new Production Manager to join the team.
THE ROLE
Management to achieve the production plan for the factory. This will include:
- Operational management of all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Warehouse functions: goods in and out
- Production targets
- Quality of goods
- Health and safety
- Management of Machine operators
- Problem solving
- Continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
Experience within the Agri industry – ideally within a sawmills or similar industry
Back ground in a supervisory position within manufacturing
Physically able to carry heavy goods an advantage but not essential
