We are looking for a Permanent Production Operative to work as part of a small team in a fast-growing, ambitious international business within the Sleaford Factory.

£24,440 per annum plus shift allowance
What you will be doing as a Production Operative;
- Production process, including packaging and labelling
- Warehousing of finished goods.
- To ensure all orders are made to a high quality, on time in full.
- You will operate a ‘clean as you go’ policy and actively maintain a high level of hygiene within the factory and surrounding areas.
- To ensure any excess stock is returned and put away in its designated place and covered or sealed where necessary
- Ideally you will have a fork lift truck licence but this is not essential and training can be provided
About You and what you ideally need to be a Production Operative
- You will be Physically fit as the role involves lifting and shifting of stock
- Good level of literacy and numeracy as you will be responsible for completing all documentation associated with given tasks
- You will be able to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern
10pm-6am (start 10pm Sunday evening, ending 6am Friday)
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
