Full Job Description

WHO ARE THEY 
Sunny is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our clients established insurance brokerage on a full-time basis! Our client is need of office support as an administrator (including reception, first point of contact for customers)!
  
THE ROLE
As Administrator you will be working office based in the Cardigan office.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, whether that be via telephone of in person!

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, working one Saturday of every month, 9am to 1pm!
  
Some of the duties include;

  • Reception duties, such as manning the telephone, first point of contact for customers/clients.
  • Administrative duties
  • Data inputting 
  • Filing

The annual salary is negotiable dependant on experience, between £20,00 and £24,000 per annum.

In order to be a successful candidate for this role you will;

  • Great communication
  • Welsh desirable.
  • Computer literate
  • Experience of administration work within Insurance industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Admin experience
  • Experience dealing with the public
