Sunny have been serving clients in West Wales for 25 years now! We work across several industries including food manufacturing, science and engineering where we introduce both temporary and permanent candidates. We run our own inhouse payroll and are proud to be an independent company with the flexibility of service that this brings.
We are now looking to expand our team of Recruiters and hope to find someone with either a HR or Recruitment industry background. As a small team we work closely together however this role would require you (once trained) to have responsibility for your vacancies – to do the full 360 of client engagement – vacancy details –candidate resourcing – through to shortlisting and then making the placement and all the admin in between.
We do have high quality standards throughout our processes so expect high attention to detail and great customer service skills. We will only suggest candidates to clients whom we are confident are the best person for the job – not a “bums on seats” approach.
We pride ourselves on our service levels and prefer telephone or face to face engagement with clients and candidates where possible
Our Recruiters work 4-day weeks and in a hybrid sense – so 2 days from our Carmarthen office and 2 days from home. We can be flexible with this. All necessary equipment is of course provided.
