Sales & Customer Support (Part-Time)
Location: St Clears, Carmarthenshire
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week (flexible, with additional hours available)
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Our client, Willow Joinery, is looking for a Sales & Customer Support Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a varied and important role supporting both the sales process and customer journey, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys speaking with customers.
Please note: this is an office-based role, working from the company office located within the factory/workshop environment in St Clears.
The Role
You’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Duties will include:
- Preparing, sending and following up quotations
- Taking and directing inbound customer calls
- Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
- Organising and scheduling surveys and appointments
- Providing updates and support to existing customers throughout their projects
- General administration and business support duties
