Sales Ledger/Bank Clerk wanted to join this leading UK, manufacturing business due to growth based in beautiful village of Llangadog. Our client is growing and their demands are growing increasingly and as such they are looking for someone enthusiastic to join the team!
What will you be doing;
- Data entry of daily receipts, ensuring correct allocation to customer accounts and bank accounts.
- Review and identify debtor reports.
- Liaise with multiple departments, internally and externally, via email/telephone etc.
- Raise credit reports where necessary.
- Utilisation of SAGE 200, purchase invoices etc.
- Council Finance Controller of issues which need escalating.
- Reconciliation of all accounts- monthly, daily.
- Admin/ office cover of telephone as and when necessary.
- Other adhoc duties as an when needed
A little about you and your skills;
As the Sales Ledger/Bank Clerk, you will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the very busy Finance Department, as a valuable member of the team.
- You will have working knowledge of Sage 200
- You will have a solid background within a financial role or similar, this could be sales ledger, purchase ledger or a finance assistant looking to progress
- Proven track record of working with all Microsoft packages with intermediate Excel skills
- You will have a professional telephone manner with superb communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels with colleagues and stakeholders
