Hours: Full Time 08.30 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday with an early finish of 2pm every other Friday).

Sunny is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Administrator to join our client’s dedicated team within a highly reputable medical industry firm. We are looking for a commercially aware professional who understands the importance of hitting business goals while providing exceptional support to both customers and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including generating quotations, Pro Forma invoices, and ensuring accurate, timely sales order acknowledgments and customer updates.
- Oversee the loan order process and stock database, while managing all documentation for equipment service, repairs, returns, and replacements.
- Act as the first point of contact for phone, email, and web inquiries—including those from marketing and exhibitions—ensuring they are circulated to the correct sales staff or distributors.
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Management team, maintain the Salesforce CRM and customer/distributor records, and prepare official documentation such as Letters of Authorisation.
- Liaise across departments to resolve customer issues, provide holiday cover for Export/Import coordination, and maintain compliance by updating Work Instructions within the Quality Management System.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated background as a Sales Administrator or in a similar sales support capacity, including experience in a direct customer-facing role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and hands-on experience utilising CRM (Salesforce) and ERP software systems.
- Practical understanding of international trade, export/import procedures, and documentation (or a strong willingness to undergo training in this specialised area).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a personable approach that allows for building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- A highly organised, self-motivated team player who embraces change, learns quickly, and maintains a positive, customer-focused attitude while meeting strict deadlines.
