Service Co-ordinator wanted for a growing team based in Carmarthen.
You will be joining a well established business to create customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional approach at all times.
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- Salary starting at £20,000
What you will be doing as a Service Advisor;
- You will be making telephone calls to customers to arrange for either maintenance or service visits for an engineer to attend.
- Updating a bespoke database with a Fire and security software.
- Co-ordinating Engineers to attend service visits
- You will record customer requirements and details accurately on the bespoke database
- You will be highly organised as this is a very busy role, therefore you need to be a team player but work just as efficiently on your own.
About you
- You will ideally have security experience although this is not essential as full training will be given.
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and remain professional at all times as you will be contacting existing customers (no cold calling)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members within the company
- Ability to accurately record all relevant information.

- Hours of work will be 8.30 – 5pm Monday to Friday. NO Bank holiday working or weekends
