Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

Location: Llanelli 

Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year dependant on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with one hour for lunch

Are you an organised and proactive professional who loves providing exceptional customer service? Join our client’s friendly tight-knit team in Llanelli as a Customer Support Administrator.

In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients customers, managing all service requests, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance. You’ll be the central hub for service operations, working closely with customers and engineers to coordinate schedules, solve issues, and improve our client’s processes.
