About the Role:
We are recruiting for a skilled Service Engineer to perform maintenance, fault-finding, and servicing on a range of security systems. Our client specialises in advanced CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control systems, providing essential services to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute planned and reactive service calls for CCTV, intruder alarms, fire detection, and access control equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers while also managing individual workload.
What you need:
- Proven experience servicing CCTV and/or alarm systems (intruder, fire, access control experience is highly desirable).
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as BS5839 or BSEN50131 is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to manage a dynamic schedule.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the specified Welsh regions.
