Shift / Process Supervisor.
As Shift / Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering the daily operational plan safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and enforcing site procedures. You will work closely with the Weighbridge team and Site Manager to ensure smooth process flow and effective exception management.

- You are the final line of defense for quality. You’ll manage “hot loads” and non-conformances, ensuring all contamination is isolated and shift data is captured accurately for a seamless handover.
- You’ll deliver impactful toolbox talks, drive corrective actions to closure, and maintain high morale through clear, professional communication across all shifts.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll have experience leading teams in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, or similar high-intensity industrial environments.
- You’ll have a proactive mindset with the authority to enforce safety standards and a solid awareness of incident investigation.
- A track record of hitting KPIs, managing shift productivity, and taking full accountability for operational results.
- The ability to lead teams through daily challenges, resolve floor-level issues, and drive clear communication.
