Site Services Operative wanted to work as part of a small team in a fast-growing, ambitious business within in Felinfach, Lampeter.

Monday to Friday working hours 8am-4.30pm
What you will be doing as a Site Services Operative.
You will focus on ensuring that all external areas on the site are always maintained and presentable.
- To ensure that all tasks are carried out safely.
- To ensure that the external areas of the factory are always kept in perfect conditions
- To ensure that high priority tasks are carried out first.
- Will work with the engineering team to complete repair and maintenance tasks as required within their skill set.
- To readdress temporary repairs with a permanent solution.
- Ensure personal compliance with all Health & Safety, Food & Feed Safety, Environmental Management system requirements and Energy Management Systems.
- To ensure good housekeeping and work to the ‘Clean-As-You-Go’ policy.
- To ensure that their work does not have an impact on the Environment
- The role is mainly based outside so will require working during inclement weather
About You…
- Experience of general labouring duties (desirable)
- The ability to follow written and spoken instructions
- Excellent team working skills
- Comfortable working at height
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Good physical condition
- Capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely
- The role is mainly based outside so will require working during inclement weather
- You will live close to the factory in Felinfach or have own transport due to the location
