The role:
We are currently recruiting for a Sprayer to join their team in St Clears.
We are currently recruiting for a Sprayer to join their team in St Clears.
This opportunity is open to both experienced sprayers and individuals looking to learn a skilled trade within a supportive, hands-on workshop environment.
As a Sprayer, you will play a key role in the final stages of production, ensuring each product is finished to the high standards the business is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing joinery products for finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking)
- Applying finishes using spray equipment
- Achieving a high-quality, consistent finish on bespoke products
- Maintaining spray equipment and ensuring a clean, safe workspace
- Working closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous spraying or finishing experience (for experienced applicants)
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in joinery, woodworking or spray finishing
- Knowledge of paints, stains and finishing techniques
- Experience using spray equipment
