THE ROLE
Will initially begin working from the Earlswood, Jersey Marine office (Neath), however the office will be moving to a new location in Dafen, Llanelli within a few weeks.
This is a 37 hour a week vacancy, expected to last for 6 months, at £10.23 per hour. The hours of work are between 8am and 6pm – lunch is flexible between 12 and 2pm. As with other support staff the hours are flexible within these time periods.
You would be expected to carry out such tasks as;
*Routine typing
*Sorting and processing all incoming and outgoing mail/messages
*Receptionist/Telephone duties
*Complete administrative procedures and tasks relating to fleet history, utilisation and maintenance of records to statutory regulations and standards
*Direct any queries to the relevant departments, i.e Fleet Manager.
*Ensure fuel log is complete and up to date.
*Ensure all planned maintenance orders are created on a weekly basis.
*Prepare quarterly report presenting all tyre replacements.
*Other ad hoc duties when necessary.
ABOUT YOU
You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual with a keen attention to detail. Accompanied with the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise workloads.
You will also need to be;
*Computer Literate
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft packages.
*Ability to prioritise an ever changing workload and to adhere to strict deadlines.
*Team Player
*Ability to work off own initiative
*Experience with Data input and Data collation
*General office experience
*Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally is essential in order to advice employees and liaise with external suppliers.
Welsh is desirable but not essential.
