This role will be based at the Liverpool Dock site
Fixed term contract for 12 months.
Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
Salary £22,700 per annum
THE ROLE..
- Calendar management/ Booking in Transport companies for collections
Dealing with Drivers, Create Outbound pick sheets and Delivery notes /checking loads in against the delivery notes for accuracy and dispatching - Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails
- Preparing reports for Weekly / Monthly reports
- Daily and Weekly Stock counts and stock reporting
- Reporting any shortages in the warehouse
- Raising Purchase Orders, receiving in stock, dealing with invoice queries
- Accurate data input and filing essential
- Dispatching samples to external Labs, analysis recording, entering data into ERP system and Excel
- To be trained as internal Auditor / First Aider / Fire Marsh
A little about you
- You will have Administration & Business NVQ level 2 or higher; or equivalent qualification/work experience.
- You will have Microsoft Office software skills – Intermediate Level on Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ideally with 2 years’ workplace experience in a similar role
- Possess high level of confidentiality
- High levels of skill in problem solving and route cause analysis
- Possess excellent communication skills
